1. Start > Run.
2. Type RegEdit in the Run command box.
3. In the coming window, go to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Themes\Personalize

4. Here, you have to add a new DWORD. Name it AppsUseLightTheme and give the value as ‘0’.
5. Now, go to:
